Photography and Videography during Class Sessions

By enrolling in our classes, students acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below regarding the capturing of photographs and videos during class sessions.

1. Consent to Photography and Videography:

By participating in our classes, students grant UCC COFFEE ACADEMY Phil. the right to take photographs and videos during class sessions. This content may be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, both online and offline.

2. Purpose of Capturing Media:

The captured media may be used for various purposes, including but not limited to:

– Promotional materials (brochures, flyers, website content)
– Social media posts
– Educational materials
– Internal training and documentation

3. Ownership of Media:

All photographs and videos captured by UCC COFFEE ACADEMY Phil. remain the property of UCC COFFEE ACADEMY Phil. Students do not have any claims to ownership or copyright of the media captured during class sessions.

4. Respect for Privacy:

While we aim to capture the learning environment and student engagement, UCC COFFEE ACADEMY Phil. is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals. The captured media will focus on the educational context and will not intentionally infringe on the privacy rights of students.

5. Opting Out:

Students who have concerns about being photographed or recorded during class sessions may request to opt-out. Such requests must be submitted in writing to ucccoffeeacademyph@gmail.com. UCC COFFEE ACADEMY Phil. will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests, understanding that certain limitations may apply.

6. Notification of Capture:

Whenever possible, UCC COFFEE ACADEMY Phil will provide notice to students before capturing photographs or videos during class sessions. However, due to the dynamic nature of educational activities, this may not always be feasible.

7. Release of Liability:

By enrolling in our classes, students release UCC COFFEE ACADEMY Phil. from any liability resulting from the use of captured media as outlined in these terms and conditions.

8. Changes to Terms:

UCC COFFEE ACADEMY Phil. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any changes, and continued enrollment implies acceptance of the revised terms.
